First
State Bank of Northwest Arkansas is a SHAZAM Privileged Status
Bank. Privileged Status cardholders just need to look for ATMs
that display the Privileged status logo. There are no ATM
surcharges when you use any ATM in the Shazam Privileged Status
Network, which includes approximately 1,000 ATM's nationwide,
300 ATM's statewide, and 45 ATM's in
Northwest Arkansas.

pleased to bring you this valuable new service to enhance your
existing FSBNWA MasterCard Account. It’s a private code that brings
you added protection against unauthorized use of your card when you
shop online.
Every time you pay online at a participating merchant with your
First State Bank of NWAMasterCard card, you will be automatically
prompted to enter your own private SecureCodeTM – just like entering
a PIN at the ATM. With MasterCard SecureCode, only you and the
people you designate can make online purchases using your FSBNWA
MasterCard card at participating online merchants. And, of course,
your SecureCode is completely private.
Choosing your own private SecureCode is quick and easy. You can
visit
https://www.shazam.net/SecureCode
and enroll your card by following the simple steps. Or, at
participating online merchants, you’ll be prompted to create your
own SecureCode prior to checkout. When this happens, a window from
SHAZAM will appear and you’ll be guided through the simple
enrollment process before your purchase is completed. Once you’ve
created your private SecureCode, you must then use it for future
purchases at participating online merchants.

Effective October 28, 2004,
a federal law, known as Check 21 makes
it easier for banks to electronically transfer check
images
instead of physically transfer paper checks. This
will fundamentally change the way that your checks
